herding them
but a haircut and a vacuous look they had
when they were twenty,
which earned its horns twice over
if they had the same
cut and look
when they were thirty. Forget about great
men, and soon the great forgetting
will be over, leaving all that is left all over.
Forward go long sleeves, a longitude,
and shame.
What is herding them
you are. All over the world, curtains drew
and obscured lush portages
the world over, and there were some sighs
but mostly it was better than continuing
to want better. Ponies cannot love
children. But O, those ponies. Those ponies.
诗歌借矮种马巧妙的象征了生活中沉溺在迷惘中的人们 他们甘愿顺应平庸甚至甘愿蒙蔽自己也蒙蔽他人。他们在世俗生活的奴役下行走 卑微且耻辱 但更值得怜悯的是他们早已忘记了反抗 从容的向着花园的反方向走去 麻木了认知的他们也自然以忘记的方式背叛了伟大的精神 从而将一切崇高与美逼近毁灭与坍塌。 诗歌的结尾似乎在替矮种马辩驳 实则则是对象征客体的更大讽刺 作为动物的矮种马似乎因其品种有如此甘于此态的原由 那么人类作为可以进行高等思考的物种又有何资本解释这场彻头彻尾的堕落呢？毁灭的终结 徒留一声叹息罢了。___Vorschau 评论作者: 埙羽 时间: 2011-12-30 02:18
