Fish on the Market
by Ruguolei
Translated by Tulip
A fish pointed at by the finger
Was picked up and thrown to the ground
Again put on the plank under rustling knife
That swiftly removed its scales and viscus
As if a cigarette was taken off the box
The fish kept silent and disguised as sleep
Because it’s no use to throat for livestock
Pigs and dogs more screaming, man at despairs
Making much shocks of cry.
