PARADOX/OXYMORON AS THE LANGUAGE OF POETRY
CALL FOR POEMS: PARADOX/OXYMORON AS THE LANGUAGE OF POETRY
Dear Miss Sophy Chen,
Greetings from the Mutemelodist Team!
We are delighted to inform you that your poem has been selected for publication in our poetry anthology. (For details, see the full list of poems selected for publication attached to this email.)
The screening committee, comprising seven eminent academicians/poets has observed that these poems fit in perfectly to our theme “Paradox/Oxymoron as the Language of Poetry”. The committee has further noted that the language and content of the aforementioned poems meet the standards we have set for our anthology. Accept our hearty congratulations on your poem being selected.
We would like to express our sincere sense of gratitude to the members of our screening panel but for whose untiring efforts, the results couldn’t have been published this early. As you already know, we have had quite a rush with no less than 609 poems being submitted from some 92 countries of the world. The panel has trimmed the list to include 33 poems that capture the essence of our theme. 22 countries of the world find representation in the anthology.
The list of selected poems has already been forwarded to Professor Manu Mangattu, who has graciously condescended to be the chief editor. To make his job easier, we request you to kindly fill up the consent letter attached herewith and revert immediately.
Once again, we would like to thank you all for your wonderful cooperation and support. Looking forward to having our anthology published.
Regards,
The Mutemelodist Team
PS: See the attachment. Please fill it up and revert today itself.
