第二届“博鳌国际诗歌奖”评奖公告
为繁荣世界诗歌创作，推动中国诗歌的国际化进程，由全球最大现代诗网站中国诗歌流派网发起，11家国内外诗歌（文学）机构共同主办的首届“博鳌国际诗歌奖”于2018年成功举办，并于2018年12月1日在博鳌亚洲论坛隆重颁奖。2019年2月13日，“博鳌国际诗歌奖”获得国家版权局中国版权保护中心知识产权保护。为继续推动世界诗歌创作，中国诗歌流派网、黄亚洲诗歌发展基金会决定共同发起主办第二届“博鳌国际诗歌奖”评选活动。现将具体评选事项公告如下：
一、评选时间：
1、2019年7月29日开始征稿，10月20日截止；
2、2019年11月1日公布初选入围名单；
3、2019年11月15日公布获奖名单。
二、征稿办法：
1、主办单位推荐；
2、组委会成员推荐；
3、作者自荐（杰出成就奖除外）；
4、推荐自荐请提供作者2018-2019年度创作的诗歌作品10首，外国作者的作品请提供外文、中文对照版。推荐、自荐年度诗集奖的，需提供诗集6本。作品请发至邮箱：syhn2018@163.com，诗集请寄至：海南省澄迈县大丰镇欧洲风情小镇荣德庄园韩庆成收，电话：13305510766。
三、奖项设置：
1、杰出成就奖2名。评选对象为世界各国诗坛杰出代表，为本国诗歌、世界诗歌发展做出过重要贡献的诗人；
2、年度诗人奖6名。评选对象为当代世界各国实力诗人，在2018-2019年度创作出能够代表本国诗歌最新成果的作品；
3、年度诗集奖6名。评选对象为世界各国2018-2019年度独立出版，能够代表本国诗歌成就的个人诗集；
4、年度新锐奖3名。评选对象为世界各国在2018-2019年度崭露创作锋芒的青年诗人。
四、颁奖仪式：
2019年12月在博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心隆重举行颁奖典礼，邀请获奖诗人和著名诗人、批评家出席。
五、奖品设置：
1、为全体获奖者颁发奖杯和证书；
2、由澳大利亚先驱出版社为杰出成就奖获得者每人出版一部母语、英语、汉语多语种个人诗集，并在世界发行；
3、由澳大利亚先驱出版社为年度诗人奖、年度诗集奖、年度新锐奖获得者出版一部多语种诗歌合集，并在世界发行。

Announcement of the second "Boao International Poetry Award"
The first "Boao International Poetry Award", sponsored by the world's largest modern poetry website, Chinese Poetry School network, and co-sponsored by 11 domestic and foreign poetry (literature) institutions, in order to promote the creation of poetry around the world and promote the internationalization of Chinese poetry which successfully held in 2018 . On February 13, 2019, the Boao International Poetry Award was awarded by the China copyright protection center of the national copyright administration for intellectual property protection. In order to continue to promote world poetry creation, the website of Chinese Poetry School and the Huang Ya Zhou Poetry Development Foundation have decided to jointly sponsor the second Boao International Poetry Award. Now the specific selection matters are announced as follows:
I. Selection time:
1. Start soliciting papers on July 29, 2019, and close on October 20;
2. Announce the shortlist of the primary election on November 1, 2019;
3. Winners will be announced on November 15, 2019.
II. Method of soliciting contributions:
1. Recommendation of the sponsor;
2. Recommendation from members of the organizing committee;
3. Author's recommendation (except Outstanding Achievement Award);
Please provide 10 poems written by the author in 2018-2019, and foreign authors' works in both Chinese and foreign languages. If you recommend or recommend yourself for the prize of annual poetry anthology, you should provide 6 books of poetry anthology. III. Awards:
1. Two Outstanding Achievement Awards. The selected poets are outstanding representatives of the world poetry , who have made important contributions to the development of their own poetry and world poetry.2. Six Poets of the Year. The selection of contemporary world power poets, can represent the latest achievements of their poetry works in 2018-2019 ;
3. Six Prizes of Annual Poetry Anthology. The selection is for individual collections of poetry published independently in 2018-2019 in countries around the world that can represent their own countries poetic achievements.4. Three New Poets of the Year. The selection is made up of young poets from all over the world who have demonstrated their creative edge in 2018-2019.
Ⅳ. Award ceremony:
In December 2019, a grand award ceremony was held at the BBS international conference center in boao, Asia. Award-winning poets, famous poets and critics were invited to attend the ceremony.
Ⅴ. Prizes:
1. Award trophies and certificates will be given to all winners;
2. The Australian Pioneer Publishing House will publish poems anthology in multiple languages, including native language, English and Chinese, for each recipient of the outstanding achievement award.
3. The Australian Pioneer Publishing House publishes a multilingual poetry anthology for the winners of the Poet of the Year Award, Poetry Anthology of the Year award and New Poet of the Year Award, and distributes it around the world.
