Where is rain?  I’ve always been waiting
Waiting for sea water to evaporate and water in my body to assemble into rows

Father, the little grass on your grave is cut up by autumn wind again and again
But you never mention the pain

Father, I dare not tell you certain things
Such as there is not much water left in hometown’s river, and very few of mother's black hairs remain

Father, in your deep gaze there is blood coughed up by the setting sun
Frozen in the picture frame are too much rain, attachment and nostalgia

Father, there is no rain here.  It’s only when you call my nickname
During starless nights that my sky delivers rain.

等海水的蒸发，等体内的水集结成行

父亲，你坟头的小草被秋风宰割，一次又一次
可是关于痛，你只字不提

父亲，有些事我不敢告诉你
比如故乡的河水所剩无几，比如母亲的黑发屈指可数

父亲，你深邃的目光里，有夕阳咳出的血
有太多的雨，太多的不舍和留恋，都冻结在镜框里

父亲，我这里没有雨。只是在没有星星的夜晚
你喊我一声小名，我的天空就下雨
