第三届国际微诗大赛“天空赛季”启事
国际性连续性多语种诗歌赛事
将在博鳌亚洲论坛举行颁奖仪式
随着移动互联网和智能手机的日益普及，诗歌通过微信、微博、推特、脸书等以“微”为特征的实时交流工具，进行新媒体平台（含自媒体）发布已经成为时尚，“微创作”、“微传播”、“微互动”是当今世界诗歌的主要流通特征之一。近几年来，国内三行情诗、截句、微型诗等诗歌话题，相继成为诗歌热点。国际上，以日本俳句被非日语国家广泛接受为标志，微诗已经在全球风行，成为世界诗歌的重要组成部分。为顺应这一微时代潮流，我们提出并倡导“五行以内自由诗”的微诗理念。这一理念以其包容了俳句、微型诗、截句、三行情诗等各种微诗形式的特点，得到越来越多的诗人认可。为进一步繁荣微诗创作，推动微诗的国际交流，由博鳌国际诗歌节发起，世界诗歌网、华纳盛大影视文化传媒集团有限公司、国际诗歌翻译研究中心决定共同主办第三届“国际微诗大赛”。本届国际微诗大赛按“大地”、“海洋”、“天空”三个赛季依次举行，目前“大地赛季”已经揭晓，“海洋赛季”已经结束，“天空赛季”今日启动。现将具体比赛事项公告如下：
一、比赛规则
1、天空赛季2020年7月19日开始征稿，至8月18日截止，8月19日公布汇总作品并公示三天，如有参赛作品汇总时被遗漏，请在公示期间跟帖提出，以便核查补录；
2、参赛作品题材不限，要求为现代诗，篇幅限5行内（含5行，不含标题、空行），不接受微组诗和多首微诗参赛；
3、汉语参赛作品，须由作者本人发到世界诗歌网（www.worldpoetry.cn）国际诗歌论坛“国际诗赛”栏目（请以实名或笔名注册，注册名与作者名须一致，不能含有字母、数字或符号），发至大赛邮箱无效。参赛作品标题前请加赛季名称，格式为：【天空赛季】作品标题。每位作者每赛季最多可以发三次参赛作品，但截稿前只能由作者本人把其中一首作品跟帖发到“天空赛季汇总帖”（汇总帖在国际诗赛栏目置顶），未将参赛作品在“天空赛季汇总贴”跟帖的视为弃权。非汉语参赛作者，可采取两种参赛方式，第一种方式与汉语参赛相同，在世界诗歌网注册，通过审核后直接把外语作品发到国际诗赛栏目；第二种方式，将参赛作品发至国际微诗大赛邮箱（gjwsds2018@163.com）。这两种方式均请在参赛作者姓名前注明国籍（中国籍作者不能以非汉语参赛）。外语参赛作品由大赛翻译组翻译成汉语后直接参加初选投票。历届国际微诗大赛铂金写手奖、金写手奖、银写手奖获奖诗人可以参赛，但不再获奖。
二、评奖程序
1、2020年8月22日起，在世界诗歌网国际诗赛栏目对天空赛季参赛作品进行初审、终审两轮公开投票，评出优胜奖20名，获奖作品在外语诗歌媒体和《诗潮》杂志、《创世纪》诗杂志、《鸭绿江·华夏诗歌》杂志、混语版《国际诗歌翻译》杂志、菲律宾《世界日报》文艺副刊、印尼《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊、《中国汉诗》杂志发表，并收入由世界诗歌网主编的《世界诗歌年鉴》（中文版）；
2、每个赛季优胜奖获得者，获得参加国际联赛资格。联赛以命题+自选方式进行，由国际联赛评委会投票评出第三届“国际微诗奖”；
3、由主办单位邀请知名诗人、翻译家、批评家组成国际联赛评委会和赛季终审评委会（名单另发），由网站编辑人员组成赛季初审评委会（名单另发），对三个赛季和国际联赛参赛作品在世界诗歌网以公开投票方式进行评选。
三、奖项设置
第三届“国际微诗奖”设铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖2名，银写手奖3名，由主办单位颁发奖金、奖杯和证书；优秀写手奖10名，由主办单位颁发奖杯和证书。颁奖仪式在博鳌亚洲论坛举行。
首届国际微诗大赛于2018年3月启动，相继举行了太平洋赛季、大西洋赛季、印度洋赛季和北冰洋赛季四个赛季的比赛，共有86位国内外诗人获得赛季优胜奖。2018年10月16日启动国际联赛，有75位诗人按规则参加了比赛。经22位国际联赛评委投票，评出铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖4名，银写手奖7名，优秀写手奖13名。第二届国际微诗大赛于2019年7月启动，相继举行了大地赛季、海洋赛季和天空赛季三个赛季的比赛，共有67位国内外诗人获得赛季优胜奖。2019年10月31日启动国际联赛，有62位诗人按规则参加了比赛。经17位国际联赛评委投票，评出铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖3名，银写手奖3名，优秀写手奖9名。两届“大赛”均已在博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心举行颁奖仪式，向获奖诗人颁发了奖金和奖杯。赛季和联赛获奖作品在《诗潮》杂志、《创世纪》诗杂志、菲律宾《世界日报》文艺副刊、印尼《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊、混语版《世界诗人》等国内外媒体发表。两届大赛发现、推出了一批网络实力诗人。

The third international micro poetry competition international "Ocean Season" league notice
International continuous multilingual poetry competition

As internet accessibility grows and mobile devices like smartphones and tablets gain their popularity increasingly, poems are being composed, shared and loved in a fashionable way characterized as "mini content" in real-time via social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Weibo, We chat and more. "mini creativity", "mini channel" and "mini interaction" have been the distribution trend of world poetry today.Recent years in China, short forms of poem like "3-line love poems", "Jie Ju" (a name inspired by Bruce Lee's JKD philosophy) and "miniature poems" have drawn massive attention and become hot topics in discussions around poetry. If we observe internationally, since Japanese Haiku being accepted by non-Japanese speaking countries broadly, a sign that such short form poetry has been welcomed as "fresh air" worldwide and was recognized as an important part of world poetry.To go with the trend and encourage international exchange, Initiated by The Boao International Poetry Festival, the World poetry Network and Huana Shengda Film and television Culture media Group Co., Ltd. and International Poetry Translation and Research Centre decided to co-host the third international Micro Poetry Competition. The "International Micro poetry Competition" is divided into three seasons: "Earth", "ocean" and "sky". Now the "earth season" has ended and the "ocean season" starts today. The specific events of the competition are announced as follows:
I. Rules of Competition
1,Sky Season accepts submissions as of July 19, in 2020, the deadline will be August 18. All valid submissions will be displayed in one post on August 19, 2020 for 3 days. In case of any missed works please comment on the post for verification and update.
2,Free entry. No limitations on age, nationality or theme of work. Each poem must have a title with text in maximum five lines. No sequence poems nor multiple poems in one submission will be accepted.
3,Chinese entries must be sent by the author himself to the "International Poetry Contest" column of the International Poetry Forum of the World Poetry Network (www.worldpoetry.cn) (please register with your real name or pseudonym. The registered name must be the same as the author's name and must not contain letters or numbers). Sending to the contest mailbox is invalid.Please add the title of the season before the title of the entry. The format is: [Sky Season]+title of the entry.Each author can send his or her entries up to three times per season, but before the deadline, only the author himself or herself can send one of his or her entries to the "ocean season summary post" (the summary post is placed at the top of the international poetry competition column).Non-Chinese participating authors can take two ways to participate in the competition. The first way is the same as Chinese participating in the competition, registering with the World Poetry Network, and directly sending foreign language works to the international poetry competition column after passing the examination.The second way is to send the entries to the mailbox of the International Micro Poetry Contest (gjwsds2018@163.com).In both cases, please indicate the nationality before the name of the author of the entry.After the foreign language entries are translated into Chinese by the competition translation team, the foreign language Chinese will be posted to the "ocean season summary post" at the same time.Poets who have won platinum writer award, gold writer award and silver writer award in previous international micro poetry competitions can participate in the competition, but will not win any more prizes.
II, the award process
1. Starting from July 21, 2020, the "International Poetry Contest" column of the World Poetry Network will conduct two rounds of public preliminary and final voting on the entries for the sky season. Twenty winners will be selected. The winning entries will be published in the foreign language poetry media and the literature supplement of the Philippines' World Daily, the supplement of Indonesia's International Daily to the Window of World Culture, the poetry magazine of Taiwan's Genesis, Poetry Tide, and the mixed language version of International Poetry Translation, and will be included in the World Poetry Yearbook edited by the World Poetry Network.
2. Winners of each season's winning award are eligible to participate in the International League.The tournament will be held in the form of proposition + choice. The judges of the International League will vote to select the third "International Poem Award" and present the award at the Boao Forum for Asia.
3. The organizer will invite well-known poets, translators and critics to form the international league judging panel and the season final judging panel (the list will be distributed separately). The website editors will form the season preliminary judging panel (the list will be distributed separately) to conduct public voting on the entries of the three seasons and the international league.
III. Award Setting
The third "International Micro Poetry Award" includes one platinum writer award, two gold writers award and three silver writers award. The organizers will issue prizes, trophies and certificates.Ten outstanding writers will be awarded trophies and certificates by the organizers.
The first International Microcosmic Contest was launched in March 2018. Four seasons of competitions were held one after another, namely, the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and Arctic seasons. A total of 86 domestic and foreign poets won the season winning prizes.On October 16, 2018, the International League was launched, and 75 poets took part in the competition according to the rules.After 22 international league judges voted, one platinum writer, four gold writers, seven silver writers and 13 outstanding writers were selected.The second International Microcosmic Contest was launched in July 2019. Three seasons of competitions were held one after another, namely, the earth season, the ocean season and the sky season. A total of 67 domestic and foreign poets won the season award.On October 31, 2019, the International League was launched, and 62 poets took part in the competition according to the rules.After voting by 17 international league judges, one platinum writer, three gold writers, three silver writers and nine outstanding writers were selected.The two "major competitions" have already held an award ceremony at the Boao Forum for Asia, awarding prizes and trophies to the award-winning poets.The winning entries of the season and the league have been published in domestic and foreign media such as Poetry Tide magazine, Taiwan's Genesis Poetry magazine, Philippine's World Daily Literature Supplement, Indonesia's International Daily World Cultural Window Supplement, and mixed language version of International Poetry Translation. A number of network strength poets have been discovered.
