手捏青苗种福田，
低头便见水中天。
六根清净方成稻，
后退原来是向前。

Rice-Transplanting Tune
translated by Tulip

Plugging rice seedlings into clay for good luck,
I bowed my head to see the sky in water field.
Only six- cleaned roots can be rice to grow up,
I know to go ahead is the retreat in need.
