国际微诗大赛“大西洋赛季”开赛启事
国际性连续性多语种诗歌赛事
将在博鳌亚洲论坛举行颁奖典礼
随着国际互联网和智能手机的日益普及，诗歌通过微信、微博、推特、脸书等以“微”为特征的实时交流工具，进行公众平台和自平台发布已经成为时尚，“微创作”、“微传播”、“微互动”是当今世界诗歌的主要流通特征。近几年来，国内三行情诗、截句、微型诗等诗歌话题，相继成为诗歌热点。国际上，以日本俳句被非日语国家广泛接受为标志，微诗已经在全球风行，成为世界诗歌的重要组成部分。为顺应这一微时代潮流，全球最大新媒体诗歌内容平台中国诗歌流派网论坛和国际互联网诗刊《诗歌周刊》相继开辟“微诗”栏目，现已成为论坛前两大栏目之一。中国诗歌流派网提出并倡导的“微时代的自由诗”即五行以内微诗规范，以其包容了俳句、微型诗、截句、三行情诗等各种微诗形式的特点，正受到越来越多的诗人认可。为进一步繁荣微诗创作，推动微诗的国际交流，由中国诗歌流派网发起并与香港中国诗歌学院、国际诗歌翻译研究中心联袂策划，多家国内外诗歌机构决定共同主办2018（首届）“国际微诗大赛”，评出2018（首届）“国际微诗奖”，并在博鳌亚洲论坛永久会址举行颁奖典礼，向获奖者颁发奖金和奖杯。
首届国际微诗大赛“大西洋赛季”即日起开赛，具体比赛事项如下：
一、比赛规则
1、大西洋赛季4月10日开始征稿，至5月7日截止，5月8日公布汇总作品并公示三天，如有参赛作品汇总时被遗漏，请在公示期间跟帖提出，以便核查补录。5月11日起开始初审、终审投票；
2、参赛作品题材不限，要求为现代诗，篇幅限5行内（含5行，不含标题、空行），不接受微组诗和多首微诗参赛；
3、汉语参赛作品，须由作者本人发到中国诗歌流派网论坛“国际微诗”栏目（注册名与作者名须一致），发至大赛邮箱无效。参赛作品标题前请加赛季名称，格式为：【大西洋赛季】作品标题，以便与普通发帖相区别。每位作者每赛季最多可以发五次参赛作品，但截稿前只能由作者本人把其中一首作品跟帖发到“大西洋赛季汇总帖”（汇总帖在国际微诗栏目置顶）。非汉语参赛作者，可采取两种参赛方式，第一种方式与汉语参赛相同，在中国诗歌流派网论坛注册，注册原因填写“国际微诗大赛”，通过后直接把外语作品发到国际微诗栏目，第二种方式，请把参赛作品发至国际微诗大赛邮箱（gjwsds2018@163.com）。这两种方式均请在参赛作品作者名前注明国籍。外语参赛作品由大赛翻译组翻译成汉语后，将外语汉语同时跟帖发到“赛季汇总帖”参赛。获奖作者可以重复参赛，但一年内只能获奖一次（不含联赛）。
二、评奖程序
1、大西洋赛季将终审评出优胜奖20名，获奖作品在外语诗歌媒体和菲律宾《世界日报》文艺副刊、印尼《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊、台湾《创世纪》诗刊、《诗潮》杂志、混语版《世界诗人》、国际互联网诗刊《诗歌周刊》等华语媒体同时发表；
2、赛季优胜奖获得者，获得参加国际联赛资格，由国际联赛评委投票评出2018（首届）“国际微诗奖”。
三、奖项设置
2018（首届）“国际微诗奖”设铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖5名，银写手奖10名，由主办单位颁发奖金和奖杯。

International Mini Poetry Competition
2018 Atlantic Ocean Season Now Open
a multilingual, continually run, international poetry competition
awards ceremony at Bo Ao Forum for Asia in China
As internet accessibility grows and mobile devices like smartphones and tablets gain their popularity increasingly, poems are being composed, shared and loved in a fashionable way characterised as "mini content" in real-time via social media such as twitter, facebook, weibo, wechat and more. "mini creativity", "mini channel" and "mini interaction" have been the distribution trend of world poetry today.
Recent years in China, short forms of poem like "3-line love poems", "Jie Ju" (a name inspired by Bruce Lee's JKD philosophy) and "miniature poems" have drawn massive attention and become hot topics in discussions around poetry. If we observe internationally, since Japanese Haiku being accepted by non-Japanese speaking countries broadly, a sign that such short form poetry has been welcomed as "fresh air" worldwide and recognised as an important part of world poetry.
To go with the trend and encourage international exchange, Chinese Poetry Schools web has initiated this International Mini Poetry Competition and jointly designed its program with Hong Kong Institute of Chinese Poetry and International Poetry Translation and Research Centre.
Entry rules:
1. Total four seasonal competitions in 2018 named as Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean and Arctic Ocean. Followed by the united final competition of the year. Atlantic Ocean Season accpets submissions as of April 10, 2018, the deadline will be May 07, 2018. All valid submissions will be displayed in one post on May 08, 2018 for 3 days. In case of any missed works please comment on the post for verification and update. Voting process will commence on May 11, 2018 accordingly.
2. Free entry. No limitations on age, nationality or theme of work. Each poem must have a title with text in maximum five lines. No sequence poems nor multiple poems in one submission will be accepted.
3. There are 2 ways of submission for poems written in languages other than Chinese:
a) register on www.zgsglp.com, and then post your work under column International Mini Poetry indicating name of the season on subject, for instance, "(Pacific Season) + poem title" thus to differentiate from other posts. One reminder is that it has to be the author posting him or her own works, indicating nationality after the name. One can submit maximum 5 poems per season but has to nominate only one of them prior to deadline of submission by reposting it as "comments" after the post subjected as "All Entry Works for XXX Season" is available.
b) simply send your work as email attachment or in email text to the nominated mailbox (gjwsds2018@163.com) indicating name of the season on subject.
Works will be translated into Chinese by professional translators before entering into competition. One can submmit to more than one season but can only be shortlisted once in a year.
Voting and judging procedure:
1. Each season 20 outstanding poems will be shortlisted, which will appear on various online and publishing poetry journals include World Daily, Philippines; International Daily, Indonesia; The Epoch Poetry Quarterly, Taiwan; The World Poets Quarterly, China and Petry Weekly, China.
2. All seasonal shortlisted works will automatically enter into the united final competition of the year. Final winners of 2018 Int'l Mini Poetry Prizes will be voted by penal of judges dedicated for united final competition. For details please click the link below:

Prizes:
