第三届“国际微诗大赛”启事
国际性连续性多语种诗歌赛事
将在博鳌国际诗歌节举行颁奖仪式
为进一步繁荣微诗创作，推动微诗的国际交流，国际微诗大赛组委会决定举办第三届“国际微诗大赛”。大赛即日起开始征稿，将在第二届博鳌国际诗歌节举行颁奖仪式。现将具体比赛事项公告如下：
一、比赛规则
1、第三届国际微诗大赛沿用第二届国际微诗大赛办法，共举办三期季赛，依次为大地赛季、海洋赛季、天空赛季，三个赛季比赛完毕，举办国际联赛。季赛和联赛时间在中国诗歌流派网论坛国际微诗栏目和《诗歌周刊》另行通知。大地赛季即日起开始征稿，至5月25日截止，5月26日开始初审投票；
2、参赛作者年龄、国籍、作品题材不限，要求为现代诗，篇幅限一首5行内微诗（含5行，不含标题、空行），不接受微诗组和多首微诗参赛；
3、汉语参赛作品，须由作者本人发到中国诗歌流派网论坛（电脑登录sglpw.cn）“国际微诗”栏目（注册名与作者名须一致），参赛作品标题前请注明赛季名称，以大地赛季为例，格式为：【大地赛季】作品标题，以便与普通发帖相区别。每位作者每赛季最多可以发三次参赛作品，但截稿前只能由作者本人把其中一首作品跟帖发到“赛季汇总帖”。非汉语参赛作者，可采取两种参赛方式，第一种方式与汉语参赛相同，在中国诗歌流派网论坛注册，注册原因填写“国际微诗大赛”，通过后直接把外语作品发到国际微诗栏目，第二种方式，请把参赛作品发至国际微诗大赛邮箱（gjwsds2018@163.com）。这两种方式均请在参赛作品作者名前注明国籍。外语参赛作品由大赛翻译组翻译成汉语后，将外语汉语同时跟帖发到“赛季汇总帖”参赛；
4、已获得首届、第二届国际微诗大赛铂金写手奖、金写手奖、银写手奖的作者可以参加季赛，不再参加国际联赛。
二、评奖程序
1、每个赛季评出优胜奖20名，获奖作品在外语诗歌媒体和菲律宾《世界日报》文艺副刊、印尼《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊、台湾《创世纪》诗杂志、混语版《世界诗人》、国际互联网诗刊《诗歌周刊》等华语媒体发表；
2、每个赛季优胜奖获得者，获得参加国际联赛资格。联赛以命题+自选方式进行，由国际联赛评委投票评出第三届“国际微诗奖”；
3、主办单位共同成立“国际微诗大赛”组委会（名单另发），同时邀请国际诗人、批评家担任国际联赛评委（名单另发），组建赛季初审评委会和终审评委会（名单另发），对三个赛季和国际联赛参赛作品在中国诗歌流派网论坛以公开投票方式进行评选。
三、奖项设置
第三届“国际微诗奖”设铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖2名，银写手奖3名，由主办单位颁发奖金和奖杯；设优秀写手奖10名，由主办单位颁发奖杯。
“国际微诗大赛”由中国诗歌流派网发起，国际诗歌翻译研究中心（中国）、先驱出版社（澳大利亚）、《KELIANO》诗刊（希腊）、《POMEZIA-NOTIZIE》诗刊（意大利）、《世界日报》文艺副刊（菲律宾）、《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊（印尼）、《创世纪》诗杂志（中国台湾）、混语版《世界诗人》杂志（中国）、《CLAVIATURI》诗刊（罗马尼亚）、《VOICE OF KOLKATA》诗刊（印度）和国际互联网在线杂志《诗歌周刊》共同主办，2018年、2019年已先后成功举办首届和第二届赛事，发现、推出了一批微诗实力诗人。
随着国际互联网和智能手机的日益普及，诗歌通过微信、微博、推特、脸书等以“微”为特征的实时交流工具，进行公众平台和自平台发布已经成为时尚，“微创作”、“微传播”、“微互动”是当今世界诗歌的主要流通特征。近几年来，国内三行情诗、截句、微型诗等诗歌话题，相继成为诗歌热点。国际上，以日本俳句被非日语国家广泛接受为标志，微诗已经在全球风行，成为世界诗歌的重要组成部分。为顺应这一微时代潮流，全球最大新媒体诗歌内容平台中国诗歌流派网论坛和中澳合办国际互联网在线杂志《诗歌周刊》相继开辟“微诗”栏目，现已成为论坛前两大栏目之一。中国诗歌流派网提出并倡导的“五行以内自由诗”的微诗规范，以其包容了俳句、微型诗、截句、三行情诗等各种微诗形式的特点，正受到越来越多的诗人认可。
首届国际微诗大赛于2018年3月启动，相继举行了太平洋赛季、大西洋赛季、印度洋赛季和北冰洋赛季四个赛季的比赛，共有86位国内外诗人获得赛季优胜奖。2018年10月16日启动国际联赛，有75位诗人按规则参加了比赛。经22位国际联赛评委投票，评出铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖4名，银写手奖7名，优秀写手奖13名。第二届国际微诗大赛于2019年7月启动，相继举行了大地赛季、海洋赛季和天空赛季三个赛季的比赛，共有67位国内外诗人获得赛季优胜奖。2019年10月31日启动国际联赛，有62位诗人按规则参加了比赛。经17位国际联赛评委投票，评出铂金写手奖1名，金写手奖3名，银写手奖3名，优秀写手奖9名。两届“大赛”赛季和联赛获奖作品陆续在菲律宾《世界日报》文艺副刊、印尼《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊、台湾《创世纪》诗杂志、《诗潮》杂志、混语版《世界诗人》、《诗歌周刊》（在线版、微信版）等国内外媒体发表。

The third international micro poetry competition international league notice
International continuous multilingual poetry competition
the award ceremony will be held at the Boao Asia Forum in Hainan.
In order to further promote the creation of micro poetry and promote the international exchange of micro poetry, the organizing committee of the international micro-poetry competition has decided to hold the third "international micro-poetry competition". The contest starts today, will be held in the second boao international poetry festival award ceremony. The specific competition requirements are as follows:
First, the competition rules:
1. The third international micro poetry competition adopts the method of the second international micro poetry competition and holds three seasons, namely the earth season, ocean season and sky season. After the three seasons, the international league will be held. The season and league times will be announced separately in the international micro poetry section of the forum of Chinese poetry school website and poetry weekly. The earth season starts to solicit contributions from now until May 25, the first review of the vote on May 26;
2. There is no limitation on the age, nationality and subject matter of the authors. The requirements are modern poems, and the length is limited to one micro-poem within 5 lines (including 5 lines without title or blank line). Micro-poem groups and multiple micro-poems are not accepted;
3, Chinese entries, must by the author himself to Chinese poetry genre network BBS (computer login sglpw.cn) "international micro poem" column (registered name and author name must be consistent), entries title name, please indicate the season before the title, for example, format for: 【the earth season】title, so that differs from ordinary post. Each author can send a maximum of three entries per season, but only one entry can be posted to the "season summary post" by the author before the deadline. The non-Chinese entry to the author, can take two competing ways, the first way is the same with Chinese entry, register in the forum of Chinese poetry genre website, and fill in the "international micro-poetry competition" for the reasons of registration and directly summit the work to the international poetry columns, the second way, please send the micro poetry contest entries to international mail (gjwsds2018@163.com). In both ways, please indicate nationality before the name of the author of the entry. After the foreign language entries are translated into Chinese by the translation team of the competition, the foreign language and Chinese posts will be sent to the "season summary post" for the competition.
4. Authors who have won platinum writer award, gold writer award and silver writer award in the first and second international micro poetry competition can participate in the season but no longer participate in the international league.
Second, the award process
1. 20 winners are selected for each season. The winning works are published in foreign language poetry media, literary supplement of Philippine world daily, window of world culture supplement of Indonesian international daily, Taiwan genesis poetry magazine, mixed language world poet, international Internet poetry magazine and other Chinese media.
2. The winner of in each season is qualified to participate in the international league. The league is conducted by the method of proposition + self-selection, and the third "international micro-poetry award" will be awarded by the votes of the judges of the international league.

Third, Award setting
The third "international micro poetry award" will set 1 platinum writer award, 2 gold writers award and 3 silver writers award. With the increasing popularity of the Internet and smart phones, it has become fashionable for poetry to be published on public platforms and self-platforms through real-time communication tools characterized by "micro" such as WeChat, Weibo, Twitter, Facebook, etc. "micro creation", "micro communication" and "micro interaction" are the main circulation features of poetry in the world today. In recent years, the domestic three - lines poetry, short - sentence, miniature poetry and other poetry topics, has become poetry. Internationally, micro-poetry has become an important part of world poetry, marked by the widespread acceptance of Japanese haiku in non-Japanese countries. In order to conform to the trend of the micro times, the world's largest new media poetry content platform, the Chinese poetry school online forum and the sino-Australian online magazine poetry weekly have successively launched the "micro poetry" column, which has become one of the top two columns of the forum. The first international micro poetry competition was launched in March 2018, and has held the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and arctic seasons successively. A total of 86 domestic and foreign poets have won the excellent prizes. The international league was launched on October 16, 2018, with 75 poets took part in the competition by the rules. After 22 international league judges voted, selected out 1 won the platinum writers award,4 won gold writers awards,7 won silver writers awards ,13 won excellent writers awards. The second international micro poetry competition was launched in July 2019 and has held the earth, sea and sky seasons successively. A total of 67 domestic and foreign poets have won the prize of the season. The international league was launched on October 31, 2019, with 62 poets took part in the competition by the rules. After 17 international league judges voted, 1 won the platinum writers award, 3 won gold writers awards, 3 won silver writers awards, 9 won excellent writers awards.
