第三届博鳌国际诗歌奖评选公告
为繁荣世界诗歌创作，推动中国诗歌的国际化进程，由博鳌国际诗歌节领衔，联合11家国内外诗歌机构，决定共同主办第三届“博鳌国际诗歌奖”评选活动。现将具体评选事项公告如下：
一、评选时间：
1、2020年5月15日开始征稿，8月15日截止；
2、2020年8月20日公布初选入围名单；
3、2020年9月公布获奖名单。
二、征稿办法：
1、主办单位推荐；
2、组委会成员推荐；
3、作者自荐（杰出成就奖除外）；
4、推荐、自荐请提供作者2019-2020年度创作的诗歌作品10首，外国作者的作品请提供外文、中文对照。推荐、自荐年度诗集奖的，需提供诗集6本。作品请发至邮箱：syhn2018@163.com，诗集请寄至：海南省澄迈县大丰镇欧洲风情小镇荣德庄园韩庆成收，电话：13305510766。
三、奖项设置：
1、杰出成就奖2名。评选对象为世界各国诗坛杰出代表，为本国诗歌、世界诗歌发展做出过重要贡献的诗人；
2、年度诗人奖6名。评选对象为当代世界各国实力诗人，在2019-2020年度创作出能够代表本国诗歌最新成果的作品；
3、年度诗集奖6名。评选对象为世界各国2019-2020年度独立出版，能够代表本国诗歌成就的个人诗集；
4、年度新锐奖3名。评选对象为世界各国在2019-2020年度崭露创作锋芒的青年诗人（1981年1月1日以后出生）。
四、颁奖典礼：
根据新冠疫情进展情况，2020年9月后的适当时间，在博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心隆重举行颁奖典礼，邀请获奖诗人和国内外著名诗人、批评家、翻译家出席。
五、奖品设置：
1、为全体获奖者颁发奖杯和证书；
2、由澳大利亚先驱出版社为获奖诗人出版一部多语种诗歌合集，并在世界发行。

Selection Announcement of the Third
"Boao International Poetry Award"
In order to promote the prosperity of world poetry creation and promote the internationalization of Chinese poetry, Boao international poetry festival, led by 11 domestic and foreign poetry institutions, decided to co-host the third "Boao international poetry award" competition. The specific selection matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Selection time:
1. Start soliciting papers on May 15th, 2020, and close on August 15th,;
2. Announce the shortlist of the primary election on August 20th,2020;
3. Winners will be announced on September, 2020.
II. Method of soliciting contributions:
1. Recommendation of the sponsor;
2. Recommendation from members of the organizing committee;
3. Author's recommendation (except Outstanding Achievement Award);
Please provide 10 poems written by the author in 2019-2020, and foreign authors' works in both Chinese and foreign languages. If you recommend or recommend yourself for the prize of annual poetry anthology, you should provide 6 books of poetry anthology. III. Awards:
1. Two Outstanding Achievement Awards. The selected poets are outstanding representatives of the world poetry, who have made important contributions to the development of their own poetry and world poetry.
2. Six Poets of the Year. The selection of contemporary world powerful poets, can represent the latest achievements of their poetry works in 2019-2020;
3. Six Prizes of Annual Poetry Anthology. The selection is for individual collections of poetry published independently in 2019-2020 in countries around the world that can represent their own countries poetic achievements.
4. Three New Poets of the Year. The selection is made up of young poets from all over the world who have demonstrated their creative edge in 2019-2020. (Born after January 1st, 1981)
5. The third Boao International Poetry Award Committee will vote out the winners of each award, and the list of judges and winners will be announced at the same time.
Ⅳ. Award ceremony:
According to the progress of the new coronal disease and the arrangement of relevant meetings of the boao forum for Asia, the awarding ceremony will be held at the international conference center of the boao forum for Asia at an appropriate time after September 2020.
Ⅴ. Prizes:
1. Award trophies and certificates will be given to all winners;
2. The Australian Pioneer Publishing House will publish poems anthology in multiple languages, for each award-winning poets and distributed around the world. Award-winning poets and famous poets, critics and translators at home and abroad will be invited to attend.
