五律 客居
云曳竹林影，溪流月色寒。
秋临霜露重，风过菊花残。
客滞他乡路，魂牵故里峦。
登高欲问讯，烟雨过阑干。
The Guest House
Clouds flu-/tter, tea-/sing the /shadows/ of bam-/boo,
Brooks are/ flowing /with the /moonlight/ so blue.
By fall/ the frosts/ eve-/rywhere /cover,
Passing /winds ma-/ny chry-/santhe/mum de-/flower.
The guest/ lingers/ on the/ alien coun-/try’s lane，
His soul’s/absorbed/ in na-/tive hills /so vain.
He is/ ascen-/ding and /adder-/ssing his/ old friend，
Seeing/ only/ drizzles /by the/ rails bend.
