普敬

卷一之一 女娲石上偈语
无材可去补苍天，枉入红尘若许年。
此系身前身后事，倩谁记去作奇传？

Too humble to mend the azure sky,
So many years indulged in this world.
All this bounded with life all times,
Who will record them as a strange legend？


卷一之二 题《金陵十二钗》一绝
满纸荒唐言，一把辛酸泪。
都云作者痴，谁解其中味?

Full of fantastic words within th’ whole book,
Full of bitter tears on th’ suffering face.
All of readers blame the author's wishful look ,
Whose painstaking could any ever chase？
