我觉得这首诗很值得学习。 至少,比我写的好多了。
The Sweet Taste of Spring
Estella Ye
I run outside
Into the morning
Feeling the tickle
Of the grass
The wind blows
Around me
The sun shines
On me
I smell the fresh air
Smile at the sun
And peer into the
Bright blue sky with
Puffy, marshmallow clouds
Floating through the air
I feel like an angel
Flying around here and there
Like a dog running restlessly
Like my dog, Jackie
I hear the birds
Twittering and chirping
In my peach tree
Twittering and chirping
So cheerfully I can
Feel their harmony
The peach tree
I work so hard to grow
The peach tree
I care and love
Bares a peach
I look at it
The peach is
Soft and smooth
With the lively colors
Pink and red
And a tinge of yellow
It fills my heart with pride
I touch it
Its tender but firm
Skin is fuzzy and warm
It’s ripe
I pick it gently
Apart from the tree
I hold it in my hand
So bright
So beautiful
So tender
So sweet
I take a bite
Letting the taste
Flow through my mouth
Letting every last drop
Stay as long as it could
Letting every last drop
Of spring last as long
As it could
