首届国际微诗大赛国际联赛启事
设铂金写手奖1名、金写手奖5名、银写手奖10名，颁发奖金和奖杯
联赛和赛季获奖作品由澳大利亚先驱出版社出版中英双语诗集
11月在海南博鳌亚洲论坛隆重举行颁奖典礼
为进一步繁荣微诗创作，推动微诗的国际交流，由中国诗歌流派网发起，澳大利亚先驱出版社、香港中国诗歌学院、国际诗歌翻译研究中心联袂策划，多家国内外诗歌机构共同主办的2018（首届）“国际微诗大赛”，自2018年3月3日启动“太平洋赛季”，至2018年10月15日“北冰洋赛季”揭晓，四个赛季比赛已全部结束，共有86位国内外诗人获得赛季优胜奖。根据首届国际微诗大赛比赛规则，现启动2018（首届）“国际微诗大赛”【国际联赛】，具体比赛要求如下：
一、比赛方式：
1、自选诗：自选5行以内（含5行，不含标题、空行）现代诗新作一首，题材不限，要求未在任何媒体（含自媒体）发布过。作品后面请附上作者简介，包括会员名、真实姓名、地址、电话（否则视为放弃比赛）；
2、命题诗：自拟标题，以“我知道的海南”为题材，写一首5行内的现代诗；
3、自选诗参加比赛投票，命题诗在自选诗得分相同的情况下，供评委二次投票。
二、比赛时间：
2018年10月16日—11月9日。具体为：请四期赛季获奖者（名单见后）10月31日24时前将两首参赛作品发到比赛专用邮箱：gjwsds2018@163.com，未按时发作品视为弃权；大赛组委会于11月1日将所有参赛作品隐去作者姓名后组合成一个专用投票帖在中国诗歌流派网论坛“国际微诗”栏目发布并公示两天，11月3日-8日由国际诗人、批评家组成的国际联赛评委会公开投票，11月9日计票，计票结束，即公布2018（首届）“国际微诗奖”获奖名单。
三、参赛诗人：
【太平洋赛季优胜奖获得者】国内：许剑桐、拾荒、慕容、梦之浮桥、许蓝翔、樊健军、王海云、神青赶、王全安、包尘、行顺、笨水、瘦石别园、九儿、卡卡、敦煌飞天、蓝天李梦、南岛、低等植物；国外：【奥地利】库尔特 F. 斯瓦特克、【日本】高桥睦郎（本赛季有一位外国获奖者经查是在国内大学上学的中国学生，不符合比赛规则，故取消参赛资格）；
【大西洋赛季优胜奖获得者】国内：辽东天赖、金色海洋、刘永军、周八一、江文波、涛声、赵国俊、徐庆鹤、张云方、范蓉、水香怡、景绍德、十耘、江玉中、孙建成、周长风、道是无晴、戈三同、云朵、项天烁；国外：【墨西哥】安德里亚•里瓦斯、【埃及】莎玛•阿布杜尔拉索尔、【土耳其】法蒂玛•耶希尔；
【印度洋赛季优胜奖获得者】国内：卢时雨、陈中明、冷铜声、黄玉生、朱建业、孩子的游戏、星空下的蟾、王爱民、孤山云、杨非木、孙国福、小人鱼在天堂、雪小雨、玄荒、余翔蓝天、李向钊、四面来峰、王登学，国外：【智利】玛丽娅•德•拉•卢兹•莫雷尔•威尔森、【印度尼西亚】佩圆；

四、奖项设置：
首届“国际微诗大赛”国际联赛，评出2018（首届）“国际微诗奖”铂金写手奖1名、金写手奖5名、银写手奖10名，分别颁发奖金和奖杯。获奖作品在外语诗歌媒体和菲律宾《世界日报》文艺副刊、印尼《国际日报》世界文化之窗副刊、台湾《创世纪》诗刊、《诗潮》杂志、混语版《世界诗人》、国际互联网诗刊《诗歌周刊》（在线版、微信版）等华语媒体同时发表；联赛获奖作品和赛季获奖作品将由澳大利亚先驱出版社以中英双语结集出版，把获奖作品推向世界。
五、颁奖典礼：
国际联赛揭晓后，首届国际微诗大赛组委会将于2018年11月在海南博鳌亚洲论坛隆重举行2018首届“国际微诗奖”颁奖典礼，邀请著名诗人、批评家为获奖者颁奖，并集体采风、创作。

In order to further promote the creation of micro poetry and promote the international exchange of micro poetry, it was initiated by the Chinese poetry genre network.,The Australian Pioneer Publishing House, the Hong Kong Chinese Poetry School, and the International Poetry Translation Research Center jointly planned and organized 2018 (first session) “International Micro-Poetry Competition”. starting the "Pacific Season" on March 3, 2018, until the "Arctic Ocean Season" was announced on October 15, 2018. The four seasons have all ended, and a total of 86 domestic and foreign poets have been awarded the season's winning prize. According to the rules of the first International Micro-Poetry Competition, the 2018 (First session) International Micro-Poetry Competition [International League] is launched. The specific competition requirements are as follows:
First, the game mode:
1, self-selected poems: within 5 lines of self-selection (including 5 lines, without headings, blank lines) a new modern poetry, the subject matter is not limited, the requirements are not published in any media (including from the self-media). Please attach the author's profile below the work, including the member's name, real name, address, and phone number (otherwise, it is considered as giving up the game);
2, proposition poem: self-made title, with the theme of "Hainan Where I Know", write a modern poem within 5 lines;
3. The self-selected poems are voted in the competition. The proposition poems are used for the second round of voting by the judges in the case of the same scores of the selected poems.
Second, the game time:
October 16th - November 9th, 2018. Specifically: Please invite the winners of the four seasons (listed later) to send two entries to the special mailbox for the competition before 24 o'clock on October 31st: gjwsds2018@163.com, the work is deemed to be abstained if not be sent on time; On November 1st, all the entries would be hidden from the author's name and then combine into a special voting post published in the "International Micro-Poetry" section of the Chinese Poetry Network Forum from November 3rd to 8th last for two days, voted by international poets and criticisms.
