叶芝有点乐观，有些人的灵魂是永不能被拯救的。
真正有点份量的作家都有振聋发聩的作品，多半是对流俗观点即傻B大众的反拨，叶芝是之一。
对上帝的评价有点像老乔：神父永远制造贫穷，撒旦倒是制造富足，这就是新教对基督教原教旨主义最深刻的反拨。没有这个反拨不可能有当代文明，而这个反拨，犹太教（《旧约》）与犹太人的作用至关重要。当然，犹太人最重要的支持者是伟大的美利坚，没有之一。美国和犹太人是当代文明最伟大的塑造者，没有之三。
人类真够奇葩的呵呵，本来一个最基本最基本的道理，连小儿都懂的道理，人类要经过漫长的中世纪才能搞懂，这个道理是：人得先有饭吃才会有精神，即吃饭第一，精神第二。其所以如此荒谬，一方面是权力在作怪，教会永不会有错（中世纪口号），不创造任何正价值，而不断创造负价值的教会垄断了真理，而制造一切财富的普罗大众倒成了真理的奴隶。另一方面，更重要的是语言的异化，语言集欺骗，荒谬，暴力于一身，人因此变得比动物还愚蠢，因为动物都懂得要吃饱才能动，更重要的是动物没有如此颠倒黑白的语言来毒化它们的本能。千万千万别假设人类比动物聪明。动物要是知道人类的中世纪历史及当代的种种崇拜败家子的荒谬主义，大概都要笑死了。
中世纪后，尤其是二战后，人类才终于饶恕了人们的幸福（幸福即撒旦，中世纪的全部起因就是对撒旦，即幸福的恐惧，老乔的名言：难道你害怕一块小小的面包？），也饶恕了犹太人（但假如没有美国，犹太民族可能不复存在）。
多么令人啼笑皆非！
所以，本贴把今天的中东战争定义为当代文明生死存亡的价值观大战，是有根据的。

本节很有梦幻文学特有的那种场景，即布景不断变换，互相纠缠着前进，语言极为饶舌。前面说到的“蜜糖汤米”在这里变成了“蜜糖汤姆”，此时他离开了他试图作案的地点，到了一个贫民窟，“大醉”，“赤身裸体地睡在奇怪的男人的轻便床上”，于是他乱七八糟的意识流和梦话开始了。

【精彩时事简评】
最近节奏有点快啊，主要是基辛格一死，美国人终于可以讲“中国不是我们的朋友”了（雷蒙多）。这是本帖最关键的原创观点之一，而且，现在看来，本帖前面说到的三战图景正在一步步变成现实。
本帖谈经济谈得少，因为没什么可谈的，最关键的两点是：1）中国经济完全来自于外资输血，血管一拔立即崩溃，拔血管现在才刚刚开始（美国投资限制令，对中国金融实体信用预期降为负），最猛的还远远没来。2）内部，钱到哪里去了？答：孝敬俄爹了。基于这两点，中国经济暴雷仅仅是现象而已。经济一完蛋，大陆雪崩可以开始了，但远不至于政权崩溃，因为没那内部条件，中国人吃草都可以偷生，只配当奴隶，给他自由他立即就要当奴隶主，接着统一宇宙。

在拉封丹的寓言中，蚂蚁代表着勤劳节俭，蚱蜢代表着游手好闲，蚱蜢最终落入悲惨的下场，说明蚂蚁所代表的生活观对蚱蜢所代表的生活观的胜利。这是拉封丹，也是多数寓言的叙述方式，即通过故事来说明一种观点和价值的真理性。但是在乔伊斯这里，蚱蜢虽然是一个失败者，却并非一无是处；同时蚱蜢虽然承认蚂蚁的远见，但他也指出蚂蚁的生活方式的缺陷，那就是它不能“beat time”。“beat time”这个词组一般解释为“打拍子”。由于蚱蜢在入冬前的一个重要的生活方式就是唱歌跳舞，“扮演吹笛者”，因此蚱蜢说蚂蚁不会“打拍子”，可以理解为指不会像蚱蜢那样快乐地生活。艾尔曼曾在《乔伊斯传》中指出，那个节俭的蚂蚁主要以乔伊斯的弟弟斯坦尼斯劳斯.乔伊斯为原型（1）。读过艾尔曼的《乔伊斯传》的人都知道，乔伊斯自己就是一个有些类似蚱蜢的人物，有了钱就吃喝、买礼物，出手大方，结婚几十年，妻子诺拉从来没有在家里做过饭，而实际上这个时候，乔伊斯很可能正依靠别人的资助度日。

【精彩时事简评】
芬兰开放美军15个基地，说明三战图景的波罗的海战场在逐步启动。盟军先会师于黑海（这是必然发生的事，因为已知条件（即俄乌，中东战争）已经满足），后与波罗的海的盟军会师于莫斯科，西线战事结束。
美国立法禁止总统单方面退出北约，真不是吹牛，我以前就想到了川普扬言退出北约这事，美国应该限制总统的权力，碰到一个傻B，美国将付出代价。
北约的重要性，美国人很清楚，后三战北约是维护全球安全最重要的力量，没有之一。美国人还必须意识到最重要的问题：政治和人的本性有关，你管不了野蛮国家的政治的，再过一万年中国也不可能搞民主，因为那意味着放弃权力。你只能管军事，即控制军队，或非军事化，让野蛮人作不了恶，他手中没有军队就作不了恶，而不是让他们不想作恶，这上帝都做不到。
中国问题（包括全部寡头国家）的核心还是军队的问题，军队国家化是永远不可能的，除非北约强制实现非军事化。文明世界不能老是等到付出惨重代价（如10.7日以色列惨案）再动用军事手段。
美国的政治负资产除了基辛格，川普外，还有奥巴，他是美国傻B白左的总根源，如何消化这些负资产，也是一个大课题，总不能老是等他们死了才完事，呵呵。很奇怪的是，美国也有这种老资格左右美国政治的问题。

2023.12.20：美国科罗拉多州最高法院大法官4：3裁决取消川普2024年投票资格；理由是川普涉及到的1月6日冲击国会事件是“叛乱”。
呵呵，又“葱白”我自己一下。在这以前很少有人说这个事。虽然这事还有一些变数。
美国还必须追究川普命令军队，甚至核武器威胁美国这事有没有。问问米利将军就可以知道。换句话说，如果这事为实，那么，说川普是孤立主义，是蠢货，这完全是为他打掩护，他聪明着呢。为了权力他摧毁美国都在所不惜。和这罪行相比，通俄都是小事，更不用说组织叛乱了。更更不用说老拜登的儿子搞的那点钱了。
美国真是太伟大了，首先军队绝对是美国最后的定海神针，只效忠于宪法，绝不效忠于个人，美国人在这点上绝对拎得清，而这就是川普口中的“背叛”，他不明白的是，美国人如果“效忠”了他，但背叛了宪法，下场会非常非常惨。其次是司法绝对独立，这完全可以阻止乌合之众的多数人暴政（选举制度）。也就是说，选举在前，司法在后监管。
当然，川普也有功劳，就是首先让美国人明白了中国的经济威胁，从而初步扭转了基辛格主义。其次，边境政策也完全正确。他的罪行完全是被权力毒害以至于铤而走险造成的。这些断子绝孙的主意，只有中国人才想得出来（某郭，班农（已经中国化了））。
